Sea Monster

For 3 years, I collaborated with artist/scientist Beate Liepert on drawings and an installation. We drew/scratched/poured/spilled on the same page at the same time with ink, graphite, tempera or Flashe, and sometimes pastel. What began with controlled accident was then studied and worked with (sometimes, during years 2 and 3, collaging our own drawings together) until it felt finished and “right” to us.
